When we are the right fit
Fragmented Solutions
For clients whose current TPT solutions cover only parts of the reporting chain and do not fully address dissemination, documentation handling (e.g. NDAs), or downstream delivery requirements.
Missing SCR Data
Where existing TPTs do not include SCR metrics and reporting needs to be extended to meet investor requirements.
High-Standard Servicing
When investor queries go beyond standard reporting — covering data classifications, SCR calculations, and underlying assumptions.
Version Change Fatigue
For clients facing repeated and costly adaptations when TPT specifications change. Each new version typically requires coordinated effort across multiple teams.
Fund-of-funds Complexity
For fund-of-fund structures requiring consistent and accurate TPT production across layered investment vehicles.
Operational Expertise
For clients who require knowledgeable operational support and regulatory expertise, rather than purely standard reporting output.
What is the Solvency II TPT and why does it matter?
The Tripartite Template (TPT) is the industry-standard format for fund look-through reporting from asset managers to insurers under Solvency II.
TPTs are required when asset managers provide funds or mandates to insurers subject to Solvency II or similar regimes, including fund-of-fund structures. If insurers are asking you for TPTs, a robust production process is required.
Solvency II QRT
Solvency II QRT template production for funds and mandates, including S.06.02 holdings, S.06.03 fund look-through, and data validations.
VAG Reporting
Regulatory reporting solution for fund managers serving insurers and pension fund investors, requiring transparent fund look-through and compliance under VAG and AnlV.
CRR Reporting
Capital requirements reporting for funds, including RWA calculations, audited outputs, and WM Daten template production.
