What is FINMA Datenerhebung?

What Swiss insurers need to report annually

FINMA Datenerhebung is the annual reporting framework for Swiss insurers under the revised Insurance Supervision Act and Supervision Ordinance, effective from 1 January 2024. It adds an additional reporting layer on top of existing Swiss Solvency Test (SST) obligations.
